Truman sitting at desk reading radio address regarding shrinking wages and their effects across the US economy; "deflation - it is just as dangerous as inflation"; re reduced workweek; "wage increases are therefore imperative to cushion the shock to our workers, to sustain adequate purchasing power, and to raise the national income"; increased wages along with increased cost of living would not help the workers themselves; must hold the line on prices

RESULT 

I chose to correlate deflation with the idea of balloons deflating. I projected a video of president Truman talking about the ongoing problems that come with deflation on an ongoing loop. In the video there is talk about the prices and how the economy is decreasing prices at an exhausting rate.

I aligned the balloons onto a wooden plank prompted up by a medal disk and plastic circular tube. I then super glued every balloon onto each other  Then masked each ballon with a section of his face and suit.

I would have aligned the balloons better and been more prepared with renting projector equipment.
